AUTHENTIC MORTISE & TENON JOINERY
All of our timber frames are cut on our state of the art CNC machines in our 38,000 sq. ft. facility which allows us to offer the most authentic, precise, and complex mortise & tenon joinery available today.
LARGER TIMBERS
We use 8x8 posts, 8x10 rafter plates, 6x8 timber sills, and 6x8 rafters. Larger timbers connected with authentic mortise & tenon joinery create a stronger frame. We craft true post & beam structures, from the timber sill all the way up to the peak of the heavy timber roof rafters.
BUILDERS, DESIGNERS, ENGINEERS
All in house: designers, multi-state licensed structural engineers, and our own expert timber framing crews. We can send out a raising supervisor to assist your local crew with the timber frame raising, or send our crew to raise the frame for you.
