The Family Barn

This 40' x 60' family barn, based on our Newport model, has something for everyone, including an indoor basketball court. Exposed timber trusses on the ceiling add to the barn feel, and together with tongue & groove pine decking, bring warmth to the interior. Clear-span construction means no posts get in the way of the fun.

All the details on the exterior make this barn unique, such as cedar shakes in the gables, transom dormers, rafter tails, arch top windows, double hung windows with real shutters, shiplap pine siding, and large sliding barn doors. On the interior, exposed timber trusses on the ceiling span the full 40' width, and tongue & groove pine v-groove decking covers the ceiling & walls, making for a warm, inviting, and relaxing space. Indoor basketball court, home theater, games, pool table, bar, gym, and more ensure there is something fun for everyone. It’s a space the family enjoys to gather and spend quality time together.
