Victorian Cottages On Display at The Barn Yard

This year, there are two Victorian Cottages on display at the Ellington Showcase, each with a modern dormer. The modern dormer first appeared on the shed series in 2023 and it’s been a popular option ever since. This dormer allows for a seamless connection to the shed’s windows, letting in more light than ever before. Let’s take a closer look at these two standout sheds.

10' x 14' Victorian Cottage

The first of these Victorian Cottages is 10' x 14', with Duratemp Siding in the new color Flat Black. An arched timber frame accent truss in the front gable was manufactured and pre-stained at our Ellington manufacturing facility. The modern dormer on this shed has three panels, connecting with three 24" x 48" windows. Inside, you can see how much light this dormer provides. This shed has a workbench on the back wall, ideal for a workshop, potting shed, or as an extra shelf for organization.

12' x 16' Victorian Cottage

This 12' x 16' Victorian Cottage has a four panel modern dormer. This dormer transitions smoothly into the four 24" x 48" windows beneath it, effectively creating a wall of windows that let in light. This shed has Duratemp siding in the premium color Mopboard Black. 6' wood double doors with transom windows open to reveal the interior. Shingled boot returns on the front gable neatly complete the roofline.
