The Barn Yard, a 40-year-old construction company specializing in post & beam barns, cabins, barn homes, custom garages, timber frames, and light commercial projects, is searching for a Construction Project Manager. Our company has built thousands of custom projects in the New England area and continues to grow.
Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for hiring carpenters, estimating projects, managing crews, construction schedules, change orders, payment submittals, and providing a positive experience for the customer. This challenging position will require project management experience and specific on-site carpentry crew leadership.
If you have a passion for the building industry, an aptitude and experience managing residential and light commercial projects from the estimate phase to completion, you may find yourself spending a lot of time around the most exciting building projects in New England.
